Return Policy

We want you to love every gift you receive from Blue Bow Box. If an item isn't quite right, we're here to help.

How to Start a Return

1. You can start a return here with your order number within 15 days of delivery.
2. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions.
3. Once your item is received in its original condition, we'll issue store credit Blue Bow Box gift card.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged items and intimate apparel are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
