Returns & Exchanges At Blue Bow Box, we curate our collections with care. While we do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method, we are happy to offer store credit for items returned in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your gift arrives damaged, please email support@bluebowbox.store with a photo within 48 hours. We will issue a replacement or store credit immediately.

Exclusions For hygiene and safety reasons, all intimates, skincare, wellness, and food items are final sale and cannot be returned once the safety seal is broken.
