Shipping policy
1. Processing
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (Depending on destination and customs).
Pro-Tip: Since you are using Syncee, try to source from US-based suppliers to guarantee that 3–7 day delivery window.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. If your order contains items from different suppliers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers in separate emails.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Blue Bow Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@bluebowbox.store within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged goods.

As per our Refund Policy, we will issue Store Credit or a replacement for verified damaged items.
